소개
The 1st Single Cell Week Symposium will take place on December 15th and 16th, and the next week, the 1st Single Cell Week Mentoring will be held on 20th and 21th 2021. The Symposium covers various topics in single cell biology including cancer biology, computational biology, development biology including ageing, imaging, new technologies, and single cell immunology. leading experts in each topic will give lectures and discuss the latest findings.
This new single cell perspective has the potential to transform our understanding of many critical biological processes and diseases, from development and regeneration to cancer. While the field of single cell biology has shown enormous growth in technical capabilities over the last decade, many conceptual questions remain, such as how to best apply and develop these technologies to answer key biological questions. The symposium and mentoring will bring together Korean biologists, including students, bioinformaticians, from academic, medical and healthcare industries and facilitate discussions and knowledge sharing on recent research advancements in single cell biology.
This 2021 Single Cell symposium and mentoring were made possible by funding provided by K-genome Project.
